Chéri Pierre


Chéri R. Pierre is President of Pierre and Associates, a consulting firm that builds sustainability in small businesses, nonprofits, and start-ups. 

Ms. Pierre's experience includes The Jenna Druck Foundation, San Diego’s top grief resource to families after the loss of a loved one, and development resource to San Diego’s future young women leaders;  Callaway Golf Company Foundation; Project Concern International, an international child and family health organization; Cardone Enterprises, the internationally-renowned sales and motivational speaking firm that coined the term “information-based selling,” an aggressive, non-confrontational selling approach; eHelp Corp., worldwide leader in automated user assistance software for applications, intranets and the web; and Brandes Investment Partners, a leading investment advisory firm managing assets for institutional and private clients worldwide.

Ms. Pierre's global consulting positions in Washington, D.C. and Germany include working with The World Bank, InterAmerican Bank, VUBI, government ministries and executive offices of the German Ambassador.

A 2005 LEAD San Diego graduate, Ms. Pierre is a member of the National Association of Female Executives, and the International Association of Administrative Professionals.


Ms. Pierre has served as the Board Chair of ArtsBusXpress, a nonprofit that enables teachers to integrate field trips for children to arts, science and technology.

An American Academy of Bereavement trained facilitator, Ms. Pierre serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for JH Camp, a Southern California camp for kids who are grieving for the loss of a loved one.

A Certified Fund Raising Manager from The Center on Philanthropy at Indiana University, Ms. Pierre graduated from San Diego State University with degrees in Criminal Justice and Sociology, and currently resides in San Diego, CA.
