Rebecca Everett’s intense background as a Marriage and Family Therapist led her to believe in the power of questions to get to the answers that change behavior. Today as a Performance Improvement coach and consultant, she takes that approach to her entire business.

 

She implements her QuestionCentered coaching model to work with key influencers in organizations, recognizing that performance improvement is sustained when those in charge lead the transformation.

 

Rebecca also coaches professionals who want to readily influence with compelling, concise presentations they craft using her 3PointPresentation model.

 

Ms. Everett was co-owner of a computer firm for 14 years. She is an authority in adult learning, an expert in conflict prevention and resolution and an accomplished speaker and trainer.  She is an accomplished musician, performing in cabaret and musical theatre. Her ease of engaging audiences provides an atmosphere of discovery, inspiration and ultimately, lasting change.
